Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of VetCareApp.
1. Introduction
VetCareApp (“VetCareApp,” “the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Coderlook Solutions Private Limited (“Coderlook,” “the Company”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the VetCareApp website and cloud software. Services are offered primarily in India and are governed by Indian law. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use VetCareApp.
2. The Service (Not Veterinary Care)
VetCareApp provides software tools for pet-care businesses (for example clinics, daycare, grooming, and pet stores) — including appointments, records, billing/POS, inventory, staff seats, and related features depending on your plan. Feature availability depends on your plan and what we have released.
VetCareApp is not a veterinary medical device and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Clinical decisions remain solely with licensed veterinary professionals and the business providing care.
3. Accounts, Seats, and Acceptable Use
By using VetCareApp, you agree to:
- Provide accurate registration and billing information (including GST details where required).
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
- Use only the number of seats permitted by your plan / entitlement.
- Comply with applicable laws (including veterinary practice and data protection obligations).
- Not misuse the service (including unauthorized access, disruption, scraping, or unlawful content).
The organization that owns the business account is responsible for its staff users and for data entered about pets and pet owners.
4. Trials, Plans, Billing, and Taxes
- We may offer a free trial. Trial scope and length are as shown in the product at signup.
- Self-serve paid plans are currently monthly (for example Basic and Pro). Enterprise is sold by agreement. Prices are generally shown in INR and may exclude GST unless stated.
- Payments are processed by PhonePe and/or Razorpay. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
- You authorize recurring charges for renewals until you cancel.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
VetCareApp software, branding, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active trial or paid subscription. You retain ownership of business data you submit; you grant us rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you may lawfully enter personal data (including pet-owner data) into VetCareApp. Practice data you store in your workspace remains your responsibility toward your clients; we process it to provide the Service. Nothing in these Terms claims certified compliance with every privacy statute.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features marked as coming soon are not part of the current paid entitlement. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Enterprise SLA commitments apply only if agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or service, including clinical outcomes. Our aggregate liability for paid subscriptions is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may cancel as described in the product and Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach. After termination, data handling follows the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy retention rules.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Mandatory rights under Indian law that cannot be waived still apply. If we expand worldwide, region-specific addenda may apply to those customers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
